If this is your first time connecting to ASP Helpdesk, Inc.’s remote assistance, it is suggested that you print out this page of instructions.

When you are ready to connect, click on this link:

You will then be presented with screens that look like these, follow the directions below to establish a connection.

Note – these are only pictures from here down – you will see these (or similar) dialog boxes on your screen.

You may then see a message like this:

Wait a few seconds while the program installs communications and sends a request for ASP Helpdesk to connect to your computer

ASP Helpdesk will then take control of your computer and perform the work needed.  You should NOT use your computer during this time unless instructed so.

Upon completion of the support session, you will get a message that looks like this:

The program support module has uninstalled from your computer and nobody (including ASP Helpdesk) has access to it any more.
